November’s Monthly Deal Call, went well! Thank you again for the flexibility around election day. We will return to the usual schedule of Deal Calls hosted on the first Tuesday of the month. Mark your calendars for the December call now.
Partner Track’s Student Ambassador Program officially kicked off last Friday! Initial participants include MBA students from MIT, UC Berkeley, & Yale. Thank you to the network members who have introduced us to their alma maters. We would love to see a few other universities join in as well, so feel free to spread the word. Also, anyone who is interested in speaking/meeting the cohort of students, please respond to this email or reach out to Jonathan@PartnerTrackVC.

The company has a $8.4M sales pipeline (1M+ in contracting) that is converting 2-4 new customers / month in a $30B market. The founder has been an executive coach for five years, was top 3 in his GSB class, and was CEO of an accelerator for 5 years. The founding engineer has 20+ years experience (10 in AI) & was on the founding teams of 3x exits. It works: 83% of users' direct reports see improvement & companies expand post-pilot 3-10x.

  • They have grown 6x in revenue over the last five months.

Cognito provides Canadians with a single access point for mental health treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. 1-on-1 virtual treatment, delivered by a dedicated team of providers who are committed to supporting you every step of the way. The company is actively engaged in discussions about a national partnership with a leading telehealth provider whose CEO also serves as an advisor.

  • $800k ARR - this is expecting to more than double in next 5 months with a pending government contract.

  • Raising a $1m Seed extension @ $9m post-money (500k left)

Pinata
Seed Stage | B2B SaaS

PINATA is a SaaS platform for frontline/field work combining a horizontal data layer with verticalized application layers by industry. The company has established a strong beachhead within the BevAlc industry and believes that it has a proven flywheel driven by the 10:1 ratio of free collaborators brought on by each paying organization. They have spent $0 on paid marketing to date.

  • $4M ARR in 2024; this is expected to double next year.

  • Raising a small SAFE round

College Contact
Seed Stage | Education Technology | Networking

College Contact is a college, career, and military readiness platform that matches high schoolers to upskilled undergraduate mentors for effective postsecondary planning. They sell directly into school districts to solve the $10B national advising gap and have a funnel for D2C families through their monthly subscription model. Founded in a dorm room following viral TT video & 5k+ student waitlist (reached 16M students on socials). There are over 250+ upskilled mentors across 90+ universities on the platform. A few quick stats on their progress:

  • Raising $4M Seed round to expand the team & capitalize on existing contracts

  • Previously raised $1M pre-seed round, Techstars backed, 2 female founders 

  • 2x winner of EdTech Product of the Year
