November’s monthly deal call, which we host on the first Tuesday of every month, falls on Election Day for our friends in the US. That said, I’d rather everyone spend the extra 30 minutes of their day at the polls than on the deal call. So, we are rescheduling our Monthly Deal Call to Tuesday, November 12th (mark your calendars)
If you’d like to join the Deal Call on the 12th, here is how you can participate:
  • Submit your deals to the Airtable

  • Add the event to your calendar.

  • If you are an emerging manager interested in this month’s spotlight; send in some information about your fund and we will reach out with the next steps.

Partner Track’s Student Ambassador Program is picking up steam and will kick off with an intro call next Friday. We are happy to say that MIT’s VC/PE club has joined the program and that we will be closing additional partnerships soon. Thank you to the network members who have volunteered to speak to this year’s cohort of students (we welcome anyone else who would be interested in speaking as well). Also, while we currently have 100+ students from three Ivy’s on board, we’d love to see a few more universities participate. So, if anyone is still connected with their alma mater and their VC/PE clubs, please reach out to Jonathan@PartnerTrackVC with any referrals/intros.

Seed Stage | MedTech | Digital Pharmacy

Haven Rx is a white-labeled digital pharmacy infrastructure platform licensed in all 50 states to deliver medications directly to patients’ homes. Their API-connected platform serves as a launchpad for pharmaceutical companies looking to go direct-to-consumer (DTC). Haven Rx provides an end-to-end solution from prescription requests to home delivery, empowering digital health and pharmaceutical companies to manage their growth. They have grown 6x in revenue over the last five months, currently reaching $800k ARR, and expect to hit $1M ARR by year-end based on their current pipeline. The company is already providing services to Evofem Pharmaceuticals and Trividia Health, among others. Haven Rx has secured a lead for their $3M seed round with >60% committed and expected to close by November 15th 2024.

  • They have grown 6x in revenue over the last five months.

Fit!
Seed Stage | Fitness Tech | Creator Economy

Fit! - from the creators of the Fit! Home Gym and the Fit! App (with over 500k downloads), specializes in high-margin, affordable proprietary fitness tech products, driven by a community-led growth model. Just as Mr. Beast transformed content into over $700M in revenue, Fit! is shaking up the fitness industry with innovative products and a scalable influencer marketing strategy. Fit! projects $6M in revenue in 2025 and just landed national distribution at Target.

  • Fit! is led by Mike DeVerna, former COO at Wag! (+$400M raised, Nasdaq: PET)

  • Oversubscribed their Pre-seed round and are backed by NBA & NFL athletes

  • Raising a $2-3mm Seed round in 2025

Humanitru
Seed Stage | B2B SaaS | CRM

Humanitru is an AI-native CRM automation platform specialized for the Non-profit sectors. The platform currently helps over 145 Non-profits generate and retain more revenue.

  • $1M ARR in 2024 with $2M more in the pipeline.

  • Raising a $2.5M Seed Round

  • Pitch Deck

BioSapien
Seed Stage | Education Technology | Networking

BioSapien is a late-stage pre-clinical company focused on novel drug delivery platforms. Initially targeting Pancreatic Cancer and Rectal Cancer with advanced technologies utilizing a drug regulatory pathway of 505(b)(2).

  • Raising a $5.5M Pre-Series A round @ 15M Pre-Money ($500k Remaining!!)

  • The startup has raised $3M to date
