We have officially partnered with the University of California, Berkeley’s Piedmont Consulting Group, a 60-member student-led research organization that is looking for access to the startup/VC landscape. This is the first of several partnerships being built with student VC/PE funds from top universities. As this initiative expands, our student ambassador program will educate more students about our industry while also giving PT members early access to top talent. If you’re interested in being a guest speaker for our student organizations or if you’d like to nominate an investment club from your alma mater, please feel free to reach out.

Policyholders are ill-equipped to deal with insurance claims. They have a limited understanding of the scope of their coverage and little experience with the claim process. The frequent result is dissatisfaction and distrust among policyholders, along with growing expenses for claims handling and litigation incurred by carriers. ClaimPartner steps in to guide policyholders through the claims process, easing the burden on the entire industry.

SCIENCE ON CALL

Science On Call is a lightning-fast, AI-powered tech support platform for restaurants. Restaurants have growing and unwieldy tech stacks with point of sale, internet, 3rd party and delivery, wifi, and more, but restaurant people are not IT people. When things stop working, restaurant staff simply scan a QR code, launch our web app, and connect with our platform to get their problems solved quickly and remotely, all for a monthly subscription fee. In the last 12 months, we've:

• More than doubled the number of restaurant locations we serve, from 368 to 800 locations

• Increased ARR 2.2X to $1.7M

• Launched our automation product, reducing the time to resolution of some issues to SECONDS and reducing our costs by eliminating the need for humans on these issues (i.e. removing menu items and pausing online ordering)

• Begun discussions with Enterprise prospects including: WingStop, Chipotle, and Pizza Hut

• Launched Multi-Lingual Support, expanding our TAM beyond North America
